Comgoyá for Promoters

Comgoyá is an International Cuban Orchestra based in Oslo, led by Santiago de Cuba–born percussionist Felix Navarro.

With 10–11 musicians and four vocalists, the orchestra brings Afro-Cuban traditions together with son, mambo, bolero, salsa, timba and Latin jazz – creating a powerful, vibrant and unmistakably Cuban live experience.

About Comgoyá

Comgoyá is an International Cuban Orchestra based in Oslo, bringing together musicians from Cuba, Norway, and beyond. Led by Santiago de Cuba–born percussionist Felix Navarro, the 10–11-piece orchestra is rooted in Afro-Cuban musical traditions while exploring the rich sounds of son cubano, mambo, cha-cha-cha, bolero, salsa, timba and Latin jazz.

With four vocalists, a powerful rhythm section and dynamic brass, Comgoyá brings the energy, depth and diversity of Cuban music to the concert stage – music deeply rooted in tradition, yet alive, evolving and made for today.
